Symbiotic AI exists to build deterministic, auditable governance infrastructure for artificial intelligence systems. We believe AI safety should not rely on post-hoc moderation. Governance must precede generation.

Founder
Hilarion Hernandez Alavez is the Founder and Lead Architect of Symbiotic AI. His work focuses on governance-first AI systems, symbolic reasoning frameworks, deterministic logic design, and alignment infrastructure for high-trust environments.
Rather than optimizing models for scale alone, his research centers on structural accountability - ensuring AI systems operate within declared, testable, and enforceable boundaries.

Current Status
Symbiotic AI is currently in pre-revenue, pilot-preparation stage, with live static deployment infrastructure and active governance framework development.

Hilarion Hernandez Alavez - Founder, Systems and Software Architect (Lead). Responsible for CMIS architecture, governance runtime design, integration strategy, and technical execution across product and research tracks.
Noemi Esmeralda Hernandez Alavez - Chief People Officer (Maestra en Direccion del Capital Humano). Leads human capital strategy, team operating model, role design, hiring framework, and internal performance culture.
Jose Manuel - System Architecture Lead (Professional Architect). Owns structural architecture mapping, process topology, and end-to-end system organization for scalable institutional deployments.
Monico - Education and Learning Specialist (Pedagogo). Leads training design, knowledge-transfer workflows, and institutional learning enablement for governance-first AI adoption.
Andres Jr. - Director of Operations / Musical Director. Supports operations rhythm, execution discipline, and cross-functional coordination across U.S.-Mexico team workflows.
