Public-Data Boundary
Do not submit student records, health records, financial records, authentication credentials, confidential business records, or other regulated data through the public website, public demo, or contact form.
Information You May Provide
When you contact Symbiotic AI LLC, you may provide your name, organization, role, work email, topic, current AI stage, workflow description, and message. The contact endpoint validates submissions, but production delivery is currently not configured; visitors should email info@symbiotic-ai.tech directly when needed.
Demo and Assessment Inputs
The public CMIS demo is for governance validation examples and should use synthetic, anonymized, or representative prompts only. A paid readiness assessment may use a separately agreed data-handling boundary. No regulated records are accepted without a separate written agreement and approved handling plan.
Operational Data
The site and live runtime may create ordinary technical records such as timestamps, request metadata, service logs, trace identifiers, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
Third-Party Services
The public website and runtime may rely on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, delivery, security, analytics, email links, or model-provider operation. Any production customer data handling must be defined in a separate written agreement.
